Christopher L. Daniels, MD, FACC, FSCAI
Christopher L. Daniels, M.D. received his BS in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he was also a letter winner for the football team. He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College, Nashville, TN in 2004. He completed his Internal Medicine Resideny at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in 2007 and his Cardiovascular Fellowship in 2010 at Louisiana State University Health Services Center in New Orleans, LA where he was Named Chief Fellow. Dr. Daniels completed his Interventional Cardiovascular Fellowship in 2011.
Dr. Daniels has been practicing cardiology in Thomasville, GA since 2014. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases, with subspecialty certification in Nuclear Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. His other professional affiliations include American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and the Association of Black Cardiologists.
Dr. Daniels has participated in multiple clinical trials as principle investigator as well as sub investigator. He has lectured at national conferences and medical schools. He maintains active staff privileges at Archbold Medical Center, Thomasville, GA; Colquitt Regional Medical Center, Moultrie, GA; Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Tallahassee, FL and Capital Regional Medical Center, Tallahassee, FL. As well as serving patients in Thomasville, Dr. Daniels see patients in Bainbridge and Moultrie.
Dr. Daniels's special interests in cardiology include complex coronary and peripheral interventions, sports cardiology and the study of healthcare disparities within cardiovascular disease. He strives not only to provide superb evidence based care to all communities and patients in need, but also to bring innovative technologies to the region. As a provider at Cardiovascular Consultants, Dr. Daniels appreciates the common commitment of the providers to provide excellent care to all patients while maintaining personalized, caring and informative service within this region.
Dr. Daniels serves as a board member for The Alabama Youth Centers and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, mentoring and reading.
