Current Employment Opportunities:
TRIAGE NURSE FT/PT (Multiple Locations) – As a Triage Nurse, you will manage incoming calls from patients and provider offices and the messages received through the inbox. You will assist the providers with referrals, prescriptions, and patient education. You will function as a liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT FT/PT (Thomasville/Moultire Location) – As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and mid-levels through various patient care management, organization, communication, and safety tasks. The goal is to complete all activities accurately with high quality and on time.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER (Thomasville Location)– As an Appointment Scheduler you will schedule or reschedule appointments for patients to see their provider and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff. It's also your responsibility to act professionally and courteously as you help resolve patient inquiries and complaints.
BILLING/CODING SPECIALIST (Thomasville Location) – As a billing specialist, you will perform daily operational functions to adjudicate claims and process payment to providers for services rendered. You will file and follow up on insurance claims and assist in the overall accounts receivable management process. It's also your responsibility to be meticulously accurate as it is critical for the financial health of the practice.
PATIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST (Thomasville Location) – As a Patient Relations Specialist, you will participate in the various functions of checking in and checking out patients including, but not limited to, collecting money, issuing receipts, and communicating provider orders to various departments. It’s also your responsibility to act in a courteous and professional manner as you help resolve patient inquiries and complaints.
MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK (Thomasville Location) – As a Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing new and existing patient charts for appointments. It will also be your responsibility to manage the fax folder, scan medical records, complete requests for medical records, send and receive medical records, and manage all EHR queues.
