Adam Marler, MD, FACC

Adam Marler, M.D. earned his BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia and then graduated with his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA in 2008. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base and then completed his Cardiology Fellowship in 2014 at SAUSHEC Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam, Houston, TX.

Dr. Marler joined Cardiovascular Consultants in 2019. He is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases with a subspecialty certification in Nuclear Cardiology. He is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation and a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist. Dr Marler was awarded both the Joint Service Commendation Medal and Joint Meritorious Unit Award for his service in Afghanistan.

His special interests in cardiology include invasive and device-based management of heart failure, medical management of heart failure, permanent pacemaker implantation and management, and leadless pacemaker implantation and management.

At Cardiovascular Consultants, Dr. Marler appreciates the physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, nurses, techs and office staff who all share a patient-first attitude which shines through their daily interactions with patients and their families. Everyone involved with the practice works to make sure the best possible care is given to all of the practice's patients.

Dr. Marler serves patients in Thomasville, Bainbridge, Camilla, Quitman, and Moultrie.

Dr. Marler is married and has two sons, two dogs and two cats. He enjoys woodworking, gardening, cooking, triathlons, reading, bread making and brewing in his free time.
