Hailey Fletcher, FNP

Hailey Fletcher, FNP, graduated from Georgia Southern University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2026. Hailey joined Cardiovascular Consultants in July of 2026. She brings with her years of combined experience as a BSN-RN, ICU RN, and in the cath lab as well.

Hailey believes that caring for others is more than a career; it is a calling. Growing up with a mom who was also a Nurse Practitioner, Hailey saw the meaningful impact her mom’s calling had in their hometown community. This inspired her at a young age to want to serve others with compassion and purpose. As a Nurse Practitioner, Hailey hopes to leave the same lasting impact in Thomasville by providing compassionate, patient-centered care by building relationships that extend beyond the exam room.

To Hailey, Cardiovascular Consultants doesn’t just provide excellent heart care; the providers also build lasting relationships with patients, taking time to truly listen and create personalized treatment plans that allow patients to live more healed lives. She hopes patients describe the practice as a place where they feel heard, cared for, and valued.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys traveling to her hometown to see her friends and family, going to the beach, and watching football and golf with her husband. Go Dawgs!
