Kaitlynn Moore, FNP-C

Kaitlynn Moore, FNP-C, graduated from Wallace Community College in Dothan, AL in 2012 with her Associate Degree in Nursing. She then obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. Kaitlynn then went on the earn her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the same University with a 4.0 GPA.

Kaitlynn joined Cardiovascular Consultants in 2026. She practiced as an RN in cardiology from 2013 to 2025 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL and has years of combined experience in cardiac rehab, the cardiac care unit, cath lab, and the medical/surgical floor. Kaitlynn is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and the American Heart Association.

Kaitlynn’s personal mission is to optimize the health outcomes of her patients so that they can live their best lives by providing thoughtful, evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with each patient. She longs for every patient to experience genuine care, support, compassion, and encouragement throughout their heart health journey. Kaitlynn feels that the “Patients First” approach to heart health at Cardiovascular Consultants is what truly makes this practice unique.

When Kaitlynn is not with patients, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, her fiancé, and Maverick- her 10-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. She also loves hiking, kayaking, gardening, fishing, cooking, and volunteering at her local dog rescue.
